# Essential Job Functions

Work with QA Manager and or Site Leadership to maintain rescission and compliance through the sales document process, customer service and training.

**Responsibilities/Job Duties:**

** Description of key responsibilities and accountabilities % TIME: **

+ _Review and complete legal and sales related documents w/owners_ _= 65%_

+ _ Provide post-sale customer services for sales retention and compliance = 10% _

+ _ Observing, training and updating sales floor on compliance and document information = 5% _

+ _ Communicating patterns/plans of action/compliance concerns to QA Manger and site leaders = 5% _

+ _ Other duties as assigned by QA Manager and Site Leader = 15% _

** Minimum Qualifications Required ** - Describe the amount and type of knowledge and experience required to perform the essential job functions, including any required certifications or professional licenses: **Real estate/Timeshare/Notary (preferred) licenses as per state requirements.**

* **Sales experience 6 months**

* **Training experience 6 months**

* **Computer/Attention to Detail Exceptional**
